CAYSIE NORUM MCDOWELL was a three-time All-ASC honoree during her career from 2009-11. As a junior, Norum was named first team all-region, before wrapping up her three-year career with the program.

Norum's .455 career batting was the school record upon her departure from the program and still ranks second all-time. She continues to hold the UTD career record for slugging percentage (.796), on-base percentage (.566), home runs (24) and walks (79). Norum hit .486 as a senior, which remains the Comets' single-season record.
