UT DALLAS ATHLETICS HALL OF HONORS
JAKE JACKSON earned Second Team All-America honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association as a senior in 2007. He was also an ABCA All-Region First Team and two-time All-American Southwest Conference East Division selection. Jackson played in 94 games, hitting .382 with 142 hits, 28 doubles, three triples and 85 RBI. He still holds the UTD single-season record by hitting .440 in 2007. In 2006 and 2007, Jackson helped the Comets to a 67-27 overall record and trip to the 2007 NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. He becomes the fourth baseball player to be inducted into the Hall of Honors. Jackson graduated in 2008 with a BA in Criminology.
